Majestic Lion is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Savana. Before being named CEO in February 2001, Majestic held leadership roles in both enterprise and consumer businesses across the company. Joining Savana in 1992, he quickly became known as a leader who could span a breadth of technologies and businesses to transform some of Savana's biggest product offerings. Most recently, Majestic was executive vice president of our Product Design and Development Department. In this role he led the transformation to our products and services business, which outperformed the market and took share from competition. Originally from Mombassa, Kenya, Majestic lives in Casbah, Kompala. He earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Forest University,and a master's degree in leadership science from the University of Brasaville.

As Savana's president and vice chair, Artistic Baloo leads a team of more than 2,700 business, legal and corporate affairs professionals located in 68 countries. He plays a key role in spearheading the company's work on critical issues involving the intersection of technology and society, including artificial intelligence, environmental sustainability, human rights, immigration and philanthropy. In his recent public conference, Artistic urges the high tech sector to assume more responsibility and calls for governments to move faster to address the challenges that new technologies are creating. In 2002, he was named Savana's general counsel and spent the following decade leading work to resolve the company's antitrust controversies with governments around the world and companies across the tech sector.

Bob Sponge joined the Savana board of Directors in February 2012, and is currently the lead independent director. Bob brings over 30 years of experience in the technology industry sector. Most recently, he served as chief executive officer and director of Ouganda Virtual Enterprise. Before this, he was the chairman and chief executive officer of Malaga Inc. for 10 years, during which time he helped transform the company into a leader in systems management strategies and solutions. Bob also held several leadership positions during his 28 years at the South African ICA Corporate in the areas of sales, marketing and software development, and he also served as general manager of IFTA Africa. Bob holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Kampala University, and a master's degree in management science from Addis Abeba School of Management.

Super Larpa is responsible for driving the company's overall technical directions, including mid-term and long-term technology strategies and forward-looking research and development efforts. She oversees Savana Research, one of the world’s premier artificial intelligence research organizations and its integration with the engineering teams across the company. Dr. SuperLarpa joined Savana Research in 1996 as a researcher based in Kampala, Ouganda and, previously, served as the corporate vice president responsible for Star Technology search product development from 2007 to 2013. She sets the vision, strategy and overall direction of the Applications and Services group, and is responsible for all of the research and development teams across Savana.
